Well-mannered attitude and social minded outlook :))I normally be reluctant to make a stand with an outlandish idea or draw attention with an unusual outfit or hair style. 21 yesterday,21 today,21 tomorrow :)) If I am in danger of lives' weight and self- image issues .I respond these negative urges in a completely different way crushing them:))

Şalgam ve rakıda kebabın olmazsa olmazları

Turnip juice at left at the top picture, is a popular beverage of southern Turkey, originating from Adana. Although its Turkish name şalgam suyu (or shortened, şalgam) does literally mean "turnip juice", it is, in fact, the juice of purple carrot pickles, heavily salted, spiced and flavoured with aromatic turnip (şalgam) and fermented in barrels. It is traditionally served cold in large glasses with long slices of pickled carrots, called tane. Hot paprika relish is added just before drinking. Hot or regular, it's a popular drink with Adana Kebab.
Şalgam is often served with raki (alcoholic beverage) as shown —not mixed, but rather in a separate glass. Şalgam is commonly believed to cure hangovers, but drunk in excess it may cause a large amount of intestinal gas.

Pita Bread
Pita is an often round brown wheat flat bread made with yeast.
Pita is used to scoop sauces or dips such as hummus and to wrap sandwiches like kebabs, gyros or falafel. Most pita breads are baked at high temperatures (700°F or 370°C), causing the flattened rounds of dough to puff up dramatically. When removed from the oven the layers of baked dough remain separated inside the deflated pitta, which allows the bread to be opened into pockets, creating a space for use in various dishes.

Kebab (also transliterated as kabab, kebap, kabob, kibob) refers to a variety of grilled/broiled meat dishes in Middle Eastern, Central Asian and South Asian cuisines. Kebabs usually consist of lamb and beef, though particular styles of kebab have chicken or fish.
Shish kebab (Turkish: şiş kebabı) is a dish consisting of small cubes of meat threaded on a skewer (şiş in Turkish) that are grilled or roasted. Any kind of meat may be used, and fruit or vegetables are often placed on the skewer as well. Typical vegetables included are eggplant, tomato, bell pepper, onion and mushrooms. The phrase literally means 'grilled meat of skewer' in Turkish.
